Go to sleep
Even as an adult, I can never take enough naps, so I’ve never really understood why I ever refused nap time as a child. Especially if you work the night shift. One of the finest ways to unwind is to nap. It doesn’t have to be a long nap because we don’t want to fall into the habit of working, sleeping, and repeating that cycle. It only needs to give you an extra boost of energy.
